Understand
the people.
Make user needs, behaviours, and pain points the starting point for design.
I’m Arpit Tiwari, a UI/UX designer shaping clear, considered digital experiences—from the first question to the final interaction.

I’ve always been drawn to the way things look, feel, and work.
Growing up around Chittorgarh’s architecture and artistic heritage shaped my appreciation for detail. Design became a way to turn that curiosity into something useful.
Today, I’m an Executive UI/UX Designer at Tagbin in Gurgaon. My work spans CMS dashboards, mobile apps, web platforms, and immersive AR/VR experiences.
A Master’s in User Experience Design from DIT University gave me a foundation in understanding people, asking better questions, and designing with purpose.

Good design moves between exploration and decisions. I make space for ideas, then refine what matters.
What do people need—and what gets in their way?
I begin with research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. The aim is to frame a useful problem before exploring solutions.
How should information and actions fit together?
I organise information, map user flows, and explore low- and high-fidelity wireframes to make the experience easier to follow.
How should the product look, feel, and respond?
I bring ideas into interfaces and prototypes, considering visual hierarchy, consistency, and the small interactions that guide people.
What does feedback tell us to improve?
I use usability testing and feedback to revisit decisions and refine the experience. Design evolves as understanding grows.
Feedback can send me back to any stage. Each round of learning helps me question, adjust, and improve the design.
Great design is not just about aesthetics; it’s about how it works, how it feels, and how seamlessly it solves user challenges.
